  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I'm honestly curious about others thoughts on getting your affairs in order and making your final wishes known in some way before you CBT? I don't have a lot on my list as of now. But what I do have is pretty important to me. If you feel comfortable, would you be willing to share some things off your final to-do list?
I'll share a few of mine:
My number one is making sure my pets are well taken care of. This is priority.
Clearing out my clutter and packing up my things in donate or give away boxes so no one else will be burdened.
Some kind of short note on cremation and no funeral, or very very worse case, if I don't fully succeed, no life support or vent. Just let me go.
I'll stop there for privacy purposes. But you get the point.
Care to share?

1. i want to wipe/destroy all my electronics and delete all my email accounts. i feel like i have SO much to do with electronics/online deletion that it will be difficult.
2. transfer my cryptocurrency to my parents coinbase so they could just cash it out easy
3. i want to write notes to my immediate family but am debating on also doing it for some of my aunts/uncles. i might make a few videos instead.

i feel like me ctbing is such a pipe dream. i want too but i know the fall out will be a disaster.

I strongly prefer no funeral. But I'll leave what little money I have in cash behind to help with any lingering cost I suppose.

I know what you mean. I sometimes think that part of this process is coming to terms with taking care of what you can, and knowing that no matter how much you plan and postpone and plan, there's always going to be fallout and trying to be at peace with knowing that. It sucks. But it is what it is I suppose.

Lists for all acct
Also told them to bring estate person in to sell everything they dont want and realtor contact
Cremation wishes, etc

I have no motivation to clear anything

I just want my dad to understand how much pain I'm in every day so he doesn't feel like there was something he could have done. I am inclined to micromanage how people process/mourn after I'm gone but I realize now that is ridiculous. In the end it doesn't really matter what happens after and I think worring about that is a sneaky form of SI.
