Method Potato fertilizer method?

Hey there, I overheard some people in my local area, talking about how they managed to kill some dogs using potato fertilizer? Is it potassium rich enough?

It seems like a very legal way to acquire some potassium and feed it to your system, as I'm sure I can get my hands on different types of fertilizers without a business license etc...

I came from a farming background, back in the old old very old day, many ppl successfully committed suicide by drinking pesticides or herbicides.

They are extremely painful tho, I imagine fertilizers wouldn't be much difference or have lower efficiency because I've never heard anyone try it.
