I know a lot of us stick around because we have pets to look after. I want to see yours. This wee guy gets me through a lot since I lost my cat of 16 years, last year.

i have three baby's and yee they definitely are one of the only living things that truly brighten mood when i am down and dont know how to handle myself i love them so much, funnily enough the fat white one is not even mine, he belongs to my neighbor, but he decided he likes it better here since over a year now

He's at that awkward age right now that he's terrorising me and my house, but he's a big softie at heart. Not the most visibly affectionate guy in the world, but he shows love in his own ways.

Great stuff. Makes me wish I got a 2nd cat to keep my guy company.

I was always a dog guy growing up, but when I got my first cat, I realised I'm a cat guy, too!

Here's a pic of my pal that died last year. The most loving and affectionate guy and the best pet a person could ask for. We found a litter of kittens born in our garden and took them in, got them treated at the vet and rehomed them, but he was the runt of the litter and I wanted to keep him. When I still lived at home, he'd be awake most of the night with me, since I'm a perpetual insomniac. I never felt alone.

Even after I moved out, I'd always make the effort to go down to my mum's house and see him as often as I could. He was a great boy. I named him Julius, after the movie 'Twins', were the cat in that movie has the same name. I miss him a lot. Sudden kidney failure, which unfortunately happens to most older cats.

Really kind words. Much appreciated. Yeah, I'd be alone most nights and the big man would still be awake. I used to listen to music and play guitar in the early hours of the morning and he was there with me. I hope your boys give you similar comfort.

I miss the big man.

The cat looks so big already!! Im sure the more he stays with you the more he will show more love, cats like to build up their trust and love to humans, just like people LOL. I am happy for you to have company like him to make your day better.
