Possible to obtain N or SN in Mexico?

I'm in Mexico and I just wonder if I can obtain N or SN while I'm down here. I'm Juarez specifically. All the threads seem to be old so I just thought I'd ask.

Yes you can get it here in Mexico. Are you fluent in Spanish? This is very important. If your Spanish is not very good, find someone that can act as a translator for you and pay them well for their service. They will find a vet who will sell it to them. On the black market it can vary from $2000 - $5000 pesos (around $120 - $320 US dollars). For veterenarians, it costs from $400 - $600 pesos ($22 - $34 US dollars).

Also I know that Tijuana is easier to aquire it, just by the nature of pure corruption and traffiking everything. But it is also harder to find someone that you trust.
SN is available online here, just look for it. But if you can get N, that is a much easier way to go.
It is a delicate subject, but you can get it here. It involves finding someone that you trust, as in can really trust, and can do your negotiating.
I would also say that you are need it because you are trying to get rid of some street dogs in your neighborhood.
This is a Catholic country and things like ctb are not really understood with the compassion of a country like Switzerland, let;s say.

For Tijuana, what kinds of stores would sell it? Obviously not looking for names, just trying to figure out how to look for it. Would it also be possible to find antiemetics there?

Meto is very accessible here. You can buy over-the-counter at any drug store. The cost is around $2 - $3 US dollars for 20 tablets of 10mg each.
Certain beta blockers can also be bought otc.
Veterinarians all have access to N. That is what is used to put animals to sleep. So the question would be to find one that would sell it to you.
There is also always the black market, but if you are going to navigate that in person, in Tijuana, then I highly suggest that you are fluent in Spanish and be very street smart, or have someone who is that you can trust. If you are trying to shop on the black market, that takes asking around, in the right way and to the right people. And then you would start with something simple, and if they say that they can get that then you go into more of what you are looking for. I would make one small purchase first as a test of something simple, to see how it goes, aka vibe check.
Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS METHOD IF YOU ARE NOT FLUENT IN SPANISH AND FULLY AWARE OF THE RISKS.
If you are entering from the US border I would recommend crossing back over by land, unless you plan on ctb in Mexico, because otherwise you have to transport your merchandise back. If you manage to get N, I recommend changing to bottle that it is in. You can easily buy an empty cologne bottle.
But you have to be very smart about what you are doing, who you are doing it with and how you are doing it.
There are many good people in Tijuana but it is also a city that is filled with people who are experts at crime.

I would not do that, and I live here. Anything that involves trust at this level attracts so many scammers because they know that the people looking to buy are desperate to believe that it would be possible to acquire in this way

I just want to repeat that coming to Mexico does not guarantee that you will acquire what you are looking for. About 20 years ago Mexico was a popular destination for people looking for N in order to ctb, and so because of that there was a crackdown. It is much more regulated now.
But as with any black market, almost everything is sold on it. However, as with any black market, there is a high amount of risk. Being scammed is probably one of the least complicated things that can happen to a person who is trying to navigate the black market. And it is something that exists in the ethers, it is not a specific location in a specific city. There are areas yes, but not advisable to go if you do not have some sort of previous orientation. Otherwise you are a prime target for much more than just being scammed out of money. This is true for many countries.
I wish for people to be very aware of the risks that they are taking when they venture traveling to a country that they do not know in order to seek something that is contraversial.
I believe that if people are intelligent and resourceful about how they go about it, then they will have better results with what they are looking for.
If you are not a street smart person, I do not recommend this method of going to another country for the specific goal of acquiring what you need to ctb. If it is not a country that you are familiar with, if it is not a language that you are fluent in, it opens you to a great deal of vulnerability.
I feel some responsibility because it was not my intention on my prior posts in this thread to make it sound like it was very easy to get N here.
It is not impossible. SN is easier to purchase, but again you have to have a national account to make the purchase, or go to a B&M store to buy it. And you must always test the SN.
The other issue with travelling to another country, is if you do not plan to ctb in the country you travel to, then you must have a plan on how you will transport it back. And even then it may be siezed.
I am not trying to discourage anybody. I just want for people to be very alert in what they are doing.
I say this as someone who knows how things work here and I myself was scammed 4 years ago. But I was also very sick and very desperate. And even at the time, I knew that I should have known better. I was in such a dark hole, that I just did not care
This time is different.
