Please tell me a drive good deal under £40 for best memory £160 has already been wasted on two drives intended to watch media I own one

But as per usual the companies make it so you have to partition and fat 32 all that shit.

This would be a final gift to a friend and I really want to help them but can't afford to waste money again.
I have no capacity to despise another company

Just an example so I can easily copy an mp4 file and watch it directly from the compatible TV

These companies are satan or should I say God who is just as sadistic actually more so
