I almost attempted years ago, but stopped myself. Not because I was afraid of dying, but because I was afraid of failing and being discovered. I wasn't alone in the house at the time. Now looking back it might be a good thing I didn't go through with it. I was going to use an exit bag with helium and I'm not sure if this was before or after they started mixing oxygen in it. I wasn't aware of that possibility back then. Now I'm almost ready to try again and this time I'll go through with it. I'm going to use SN.

If it is possible for me to have an opinion, I would be grateful... They want you to be delighted to read that they tried 3.4, 5, 10 times. If they tried and failed, I can only consider these people incompetent, or they want to draw attention only...
I apologize for being too pragmatic.

*blinks* I... You... What? I don't want anyone to feel delight that I failed to kill myself. It was the most heart renching feeling waking up every single time to know I didn't succeed. Incompetent... I can't even begin to tell you how hurtful that is to people who already feel a failure at everything just to come here and read that statement.

now no one knows where I am, have been on the move for 2 months and they have been looking for me bit cant find me. My house has been trashed by police trying to find me but they cant but my method is unreliable so I need to obtain SN. I can make the window of not being found about a week but need to get the SN!!! Trying my hardest!

Two for me.

First one was Bottle of Vodka and sleeping pills zopiclone, I just knocked out and woke up 12 hours later feeling awful.

Second time was the Charcoal method. That nearly worked but I think the room was to big, I am also not sure as I don't remember much of the night when I did it. But I think I opened a door at some point.

If there is a next time it will be SN for me.

I had two attempts and thanks to SS I know why they failed so next time I won't fail again ! I tried to ctb way before the days of internet, when it was nearly impossible to get any decent info on methods. First I tried to OD on Diazepam (now of course I know that's impossible) and since that failed three weeks later I tried hanging (partial, no stable anchorpoint high enough in my flat at the time). Managed to lose consciousness, but then my body started thrashing around until I ripped the door off the hinges...at the time I was totally confused as to what had happenned, only ever since I read here on SS about convulsions after losing consciousness due to hypoxia that it all started making sense to me !
