Of course, not the main reason. I hate humanity because of the suffering they cause to nature and to other humans as well. But politics is, probably, an honorable mention.
When I was in college, I joined the student movement. I was passionate for a better world. I've done everything I could do, even defying my ASD limitations. But that didn't stop people from attacking me, mocking me and humiliating me. And ofc, politics was used against me, since I'm a "white man". They said I couldn't stand for women's rights because of this.
Years ago, I tried to join a left-wing political party. I won't say the name of the party neither the ideology. But again, I was humiliated and marginalized inside the party. I left.
Now, After years battling against depression, CTB ideation and anxiety (as can be seen in my profile), I am again humiliated by a leftist because of my political opinions.
I'm not right-wing. I'm not a liberal. I do not defend billionaires. I want to live in sollitude, I want peace of mind and freedom, and while I can't achieve those objectives, I use the forum as a way to vent and expressing myself.
The leftist not only humiliated me, but blocked me from the entire website. They won't see any more posts or comments by me. They essentially erased me from their life. For nothing, I didn't do anything against them. In fact, I was the one attacked first.
They won't see my calls for help, they won't see my stories, they won't see my vents, my achievements, anything. We could be friends, we could share life experiences, we could change opinions, we could be so much, but they won't allow this because of stupid politics.
I faced this so much in my life. People refusing any connection to me because of politics. We could live experiences together, we could help each other, we could do so much better for the world, but no, politics must rule. The Vanguard Party is absolute for them. Their cult. The collectivist cult.
That's why I believe everyone has the right to CTB and to remove themselves from society, so that these collectivist abusers cannot make any more victims.
