Support more intervention of the state in the economy and in the social liberty (for example in the USSR don't permitted religions, the state was just atheist, so the liberty of the people goes low).
Normally the left tendencies to be more libertarian (fight for LGBT causes, black matters etc).

The "conservative left" isn't a thing. The closest thing I can find to this supposed ideology is liberal conservatism.
