I couldn't help but laugh (inside)…. When I got a call from the police saying that they wanted to help me, I told them no and they still insisted (tbh I wasn't interested in talking to them at all for so many different reasons) because my end goal now is just to complete my ctb successfully and find my eternal peace… I can't be bothered by these other things at all, I just want to listen to music and complete my ctb successfully and get my eternal peace….. I didn't even call them today so I don't understand why they would just bother calling me like that, nothing will make me change my mind when it comes to completing my ctb…. Listening to Britney Spears whilst typing this gives me a sense of peace and I can't wait to experience this sense of peace forever…

I agree i just don't want to exist anymore, existing is such a chore to me tbh … I just want to find my eternal peace …. Death is the final destination for everyone anyway so I just want to cease to exist… yes to my freedom and my eternal peace…

But I never told them that I was suicidal though, I don't even know why care now … I politely told them no and they said they still wanted to come to my flat ( I hope my method 2 get here before that day) even if they want to come here that day I will still not change my mind when it comes to completing my ctb successfully. They mentioned that I have been calling them constantly asking for help ( which is not even true because I only went there once) So there is other people who might be doing so ( I have not told anyone that I'm going to complete my ctb soon and I don't plan on doing so)

No I have not told anyone that I'm planning on ctb ( I wouldn't be that stupid ) and tbh If anyone was to ask me how I'm feeling I will just say I'm fine so that they won't bother me …. No they never came for welfare check to my flat before and tbh I know there is someone behind the call and it wasn't me …

I did make an attempt 5 years ago and I didn't manage to complete ctb successfully and when I think about it I get so angry as I should have been successful then….

Oh I'm not interested in dealing with the police anyway, I just want to complete my ctb successfully…. Thank you for the support but I will be posting here till I complete my ctb …. If you don't see me posting here anymore just know that I would have completed my ctb successfully and I will be at eternal peace escaping this life of misery.

Another point is police's speciality is not even mental health it's more to do with crimes etc (they lied they said that I have been calling them for help to do with my case but I only called them once and went to the police station because people kept on telling me to do so) but I don't want to deal with them ever again…. I'm going to call them tomorrow before they come .. I will just tell them that I'm not feeling well so that they won't come. I'm just not interested in dealing with them… My goal is just to complete ctb successfully and nothing else matters at this point…. I wish there was somewhere I would just hang myself in my flat but there is nowhere I can hang myself.. I'm just getting so impatient with my second method taking a while to arrive….

police are trained and their career programmes them to try to always preserve life of the society. they are also trained and programmed to be harsh on the bad guys. only problem is is people fixate on the bad side of dealing with the bad guys...., like soldiers. most people think soldiers are killing human machines. not so. --- all the same, your suicide is a very private affair.

Yeah I'm comfortable with my methods and tbh there are so many different ways to complete ctb successfully… ( I might have physical pain before completing ctb but that's nothing compared to the psychological pain that I'm feeling) so my goal is to just complete ctb successfully no matter how brutal the process might be. The pain will be short term anyway and then I will be at peace forever.

2) Antifreeze

A combination of these two would be lethal … if anything happens to method two I would just go with method 1 because I did try method one before and I was told if I were to try method 1 again I would damage my organs and that will lead to my demise. I'm willing to do anything to leave this world …. I'm just tired and I don't want no part of it anymore..

Antifreeze is one of the slow and long way to die, I don't know about your cocktail if it ain't strong you gonna experience a slow and painful ctb

Most of the time people don't die from antifreeze especially modern antifreeze

If someone find you before the death, forget your kidneys mostly it is gone, 6–12 hours post ingestion is when the toxic level of Ethylene glycol is nearing its peak,
If you survive the antifreeze ingestion, you may have chronic brain and or renal impairments.

Ethylene glycol toxicity has 3 phases or stages. Stage 1: ingestion and ~12 hours post ingestion. This includes the early stage where you appear intoxicated, nausea and vomiting etc.

Stage 2: ~ 12-24 hours post is the stage of cardiopulmonary issues and is usually when you end up on a ventilator, gravely ill. Stage 2 is where most deaths occur. If you survive 24 hours, more systems fail.

Stage 3: ~ 24-72+ hours post. Renal toxicity stage- (kidney failure, possibly long term) Your kidneys have taken a beating while trying to keep you alive. Renal failure is detected much earlier by lab results but your kidneys keep working as long as they can but, eventually can't tolerate the toxic mess going on, so they take a vacation. With excellent medical care, proper medications and treatments, they will eventually work again (not back to 100% but, you're alive).

As I said earlier, this is not a pretty death (if such a thing exists). It is a very messy, expensive and painful experience. It is not a common form of suicide.

Oh I saw a woman who murdered her husband and her son by antifreeze ( crazy I know ) and also I wasn't going to use antifreeze only… and also a woman almost murdered her ex by putting antifreeze in his tea or coffee and I think he almost died or he died ( I can't remember exactly).
By a cocktail of things I mean I have a lot of different pills that I have been buying for the past week or so … ( I did this before so I want to add that to antifreeze) so I know that this will speed my process to eternal peace…. yeah I want my organs to fail both my kidneys and my liver so that I can just end up dying.

If SN or cyanide was easily available I would have chosen that option and also I live alone so no one will find me….

I understand that's why I have a lot of pills and like what I said taking those pills alone will at least lead me to damage my liver and I will eventually complete my ctb that's why I wanted to add the antifreeze to make it lethal with both kidney and liver failure my death will be inevitable… I will also look into peaceful pill handbook thank you for the recommendation..

Murder is different from suicide, when this happened, I am damn sure these things happened many years before when people had no treatment for antifreeze poisoning, now a days they can treat it but they can't bring back the organs which are failed

In murder wife gives antifreeze to her husband in slow dosage so it is hard to find, why the husband is not feeling good and this will go on for many months, finally wife will give a high dosage to finish the job

But in suicide you gonna take the high dosage at one time and everything gonna crash at a fast pace

You can't randomly put some pills in your body and pray it gonna work especially for ctb with anti freeze, you need a strong seductive or mix of strong seductive to keep you sleep, when anti freeze doing its Job

Just think a lot about this method before doing your ctb
