Poison yourself

how reliable would it be to poison yourself? Such as antifreeze or rat poison? Etc
Any tips or advice appreciated

Not reliable at all and probably very painful. CO and SN are both much better options.

Very bad, know that rat poison is made for being that are 35 as max. As your body is bigger you probably just vomit until you get to the hospital an answer questions you dont really want to answer.
