Poison method

So before I found this site I would see different methods of suicide mentioned and a high one for women was "poison" but I always ruled that out because I figured it'd be agony. Then I found out about sn and N and they didn't seem too bad (I'm not sure if N is a poison I'm guessing not but sn is right) so I was just wondering do you think the stats are mostly poison by "sn" or something else like cyanide? What other poisons are women using? I had never thought of going by this method before but now I'm thinking I should look into it more, I just didn't know what they were using...how many types are there? I guess there's loads but what are the most common ones? Just for interests sake as I'm pretty sure I wouldn't consider anything but sn anyway.

Hi, I am new here. I have been looking for a method during the last weeks too, and was thinking about poison too. The ideal would be N, but it´s very complicate to get, it´s very expensive and seems that sometimes does not arrive because the customs. I don´t see clear the method of SN, it seems that sometimes it fails, according to what I am reading here in the forum.

I need a safer method, and I have also thought of poison. Cyanide is said to be painful, but it seems quick (a matter of a few minutes) and effective. Although it is not easy to get it either, but if you get it, it is cheap. About other poisons, I have read a lot of news of people who have CTB using rat poison. This product is easy to get, it's in stores, although I don't know if all rat poisons are the same, or there will be stronger ones and others less. They also say that it is painful, but I would like to know more about these methods, the amount needed, any brand would be better, or what components to look for, etc.

Yeah, it really does seem like pharmaceuticals and poisons are the most peaceful methods where death is not immediate. Anything can be a poison I'm the right dose, but there are some lists and tables floating around the site about the efficacy and even qualitative ratings of some substances to CTB. It seems like preparation, and following procedures and contingencies, largely decide if those succeed or fail.

@eternal_life yeh I'm losing hope I'll ever be able to get hold of any N although maybe in a few weeks I'm hoping people have found a way round the problems but maybe wishful thinking...I will have to start reading up all I can about sn instead maybe. There's no way I could risk taking anything else I don't think, unless there's something I've missed which is possible since I didn't know about sn until I came here! Welcome btw, I've only been here a few weeks as well but been spending a lot of time here so am usually around.

Welcome to you too! It looks like we both arrived in the month of June, although I didn't sign up until July. I also read the forum every day, I spend several hours a day searching, above all, for information that helps me with CTB. N seemed the best solution, it is the closest thing to the "suicide pill". Effective, painless and fast, but unfortunately it is extremely expensive and difficult to obtain, it seems. I didn't know anything about SN either, there is a lot of information on the forum, it seems like a very popular method, but I'm not entirely convinced that it's my method due to the failures that some of the people who have reported their experiences here have had.

I have searched many suicide news to find CTB methods. There are many of hanging, but at the moment it is a method that I do not like. Others from jump, which I have valued, but for now I will lean towards other options. But most I've seen are hanging. If you look in the news for suicides by poisoning, you will find many too. I have found, above all, news from Latin America, many people who have CTB with rat poison or herbicides. They are somewhat painful methods, but seem effective. Unfortunately, I also do not have very specific information on the amount that should be taken, or if I would have to look for poisons that contain one component or another. I have read of people who took two or three packets of rat poison diluted in water and sometimes died the same day or ended up in the hospital and died there.

My method would be N, but since it is almost impossible, I value potassium cyanide. I've been trying to find it but haven't been able to find it yet. Although they say that it is painful, it is only a couple of minutes of suffering and there is no possibility of failure, it is a very interesting method. I have seen some news in the press and on Youtube of some people who have used this method. It is difficult to find a satisfactory method...

@eternal_life Yeh it was amazing when I found this forum-couldn't believe I never found it before with all my searching for methods and then I finally stumbled across it and all these people and resources...amazing! I first came here thinking I was gonna do full suspension hanging, then I thought partial, then I found out about N and sn so I've changed my mind again lol. I'm feeling happier though, because they sound like nicer methods than hanging, and they were new to me...I might combine if possible (at least N with hanging probably not sn) not sure if it's a good idea or not. When it comes down to it I'm not sure if I can go through with hanging or anything else other than N or sn. If I lived in a country with guns I might choose that method but even then people have said they can't pull the trigger...

Probably won't ever get my hands on any N anyway I'm sticking around for a few months yet so I'll have time to research some more. Hugs to you too! May we both find what we are looking for!

Hanging scares me, I don't know if I would be able to do it, although it is a very popular method. I have also thought about the gun method, but I would need a weapons license to buy one, and I don't have one. I suppose yes, it would be difficult to pull the trigger, but it would be a matter of seconds. It is one of the most effective methods, around 90% if I am not mistaken.

I'm with you I hate thinking about methods , with hanging so if the initial fall doesn't make you pass out they say you suffocate instead?

They both failed, the one on the subway is in a wheelchair now, and the girl who jumped can walk, but she has physical consequences too... I had idealized that taking some pills, you would go to the "other neighborhood" with relative ease, but now I have discovered that it is not even remotely that easy.

If you fall from enough height you break your neck which is pretty much instant but hard to set up as you have to take lots of things into account like weight etc. otherwise in a full suspension hang you wanna hit the carotid arteries and then you pass out quick with little pain. If you don't hit them though that's when it's more painful and takes longer. Just from what I've read.

I could never jump-I can't stand that weightless feeling even if it's just for a few seconds. I don't think I could physically make myself do it. Nah pills don't work very often you probably get found in time usually. Not very effective. Pinning all my hopes on N or sn now!

hehe, same here - at first i was gonna cut and had a decent method to do so, then i changed it to propane(CO) method, but my lantern only pumps out 2-3ppm so not sure if it would build up enough off a single tank, then i changed my mind again and will most likely do the charcoal method (same thing as propane with the CO buildup). Only it'll build faster and I can get the charcoal chimney and coals ez.

The methods available is like letting the kid loose at the toy store, can't make up their mind...

Yeah cutting is like a guaranteed visit to a ward, it would be agonizingly painful too . I did hear that Elliot Smith stabbed his heart out after a breakup to CTB and he did die , he was probably on a lot of uppers though.

@Efilismislife yeh I figured it probably was. I still think of anything poisonous being painful, that's why when I found out about sn (which is a poison?) and it didn't seem too excruciating, I started wondering about other methods people were using. Still seems like sn is the best in that category.
