Heres a short poem i just wrote. I hope yall like it...
I wake up heavy, from staying up late,
counting hours I tolerate.
Days repeat in shades of gray,
each thought searching reasons to stay.
I smile enough to pass the test,
say "I'm fine," then get no rest.
I'm not chasing happiness or fame
just quiet thoughts that lose my name.
I don't need saving, don't need signs,
just one day that feels like MINE.
I wake up heavy, from staying up late,
counting hours I tolerate.
Days repeat in shades of gray,
each thought searching reasons to stay.
I smile enough to pass the test,
say "I'm fine," then get no rest.
I'm not chasing happiness or fame
just quiet thoughts that lose my name.
I don't need saving, don't need signs,
just one day that feels like MINE.
