Method Please review my SN method

Hi Guys,

I would be greatful if you could review my SN regimen for when i decide to CTB, hopefully soon

8 hour overnight fast

7am- 500mg paracetamol plus 400mg ibuprofen

7:15 – 30mg metoclopramide

7:15 – Nexium 80mg, propranolol 800mg <---??

8am- SN - 25gm in 50 ml of plain water plus some strong sweet to remove taste

It was confusing in the ppeh because in one paragraph they said you could take propranolol prior to SN and in another paragraph they said you could take propranolol mixed with SN. Wasn't sure if it was a mess up with the typing or what since they are often adding and reworking things. Or whether you can do either by your own personal choice.

yes your right didnt think of that i dont want to faint before SN :/ lol

I think 200mg propranolol 1hr befor Sn and its rest by SN is better

I'm a bit sceptical about the PPH's advice regarding propranolol. Most people seem to puke, even when taking meto, so you might puke out (some of the) propranolol as well. Or am I wrong with this reasoning?

In addition, how are you going to mix this with SN? The only way to do that would be to completely crush the pills.

I agree. Mixed doesn´t sound very precise. But I think I would not crush the pills.
