this is not mine, im not sure who posted it originally, but i found it in a thread:

it looks simple, easy and very reliable.

then i guess one would just have to make sure to do it from high enough, so it can count as a full suspension hanging,
as those are much more sure to succeed, than the partial hangings.

do i have that right?

i'm 6'1.

and i know i'm probably over-complicating it, but what position should one be in when they do it?
i suppose there's only 1 position for this, i'm not sure...

does anyone have an illustration or something about how the position of the body should be in this case (as shown in the picture)?

I personally prefere a pullover bar in the doorframe but this will likely work. Chances are veey high unless your door is really flimsy. Now im 6.1 and I need the pull-up bar at the very top and then I need to manually short-term the gap by pushing the rope while on my throat in my head loosen jt and pull on the other end that is "FREE" to tighten it getting my head in the nose closer to the pull-up bar on the very top. So likely youre too tall for full suspensions from a standard door hight unless you practice the fiddling logistics with it.. for partial keep in mind the more contact you have eith ny surface the higher the chsmce of your body pushing against them and offsetting pressure on your arteries and waking up sgain. Happened to me few times. So hmm it will likely work but dont be shocked if you wake up sgain from partial snd being too tall to do full unless as I said you spend slot of time with your head in thr node figuring out which part of thr rope to loose snd tighten from the other side to get the noose all the way up to the door frame
