this is not mine, im not sure who posted it originally, but i found it in a thread:
it looks simple, easy and very reliable.
then i guess one would just have to make sure to do it from high enough, so it can count as a full suspension hanging,
as those are much more sure to succeed, than the partial hangings.
do i have that right?
i'm 6'1.
and i know i'm probably over-complicating it, but what position should one be in when they do it?
i suppose there's only 1 position for this, i'm not sure...
does anyone have an illustration or something about how the position of the body should be in this case (as shown in the picture)?
