Help Please help with SN?

Im sorry, Ive tried to find info on here but everything gets so confusing and its so hard to find certain stuff. And then theres conflicting notes which makes things extra difficult. When I first made an account there wasnt even a search bar on the site (even though people were talking about one, it wasnt there) so I couldnt even look stuff up and just had to hope that I would stumble across the posts I would need.

Ive read through Stans guide for SN, but Im still so confused. How important are all these extra things? Im gonna need to do this before the end of the month, so I cant really order stuff, and I dont have time for doctors if it will take a long time. I seen that I can buy SN from Walmart and I havent been there yet to confirm, but if I can pick it up from there then that works. As for everything else, I dont know what to use or where to find it. Even looking up the suggested antimetics and certain supplies hasnt helped since I dont have access to whatever comes up and I often dont even know what it is. Im basically just useless and dont do most things without someone metaphorically (and sometimes literally) holding my hand through the process.

If I cant find help for this Im probably just gonna take the SN on its own everyday till something happens. Ive already fucked up suicide attempts before, and been through so many situations where I couldve/shouldve died, its to the point where Im honestly not even sure I can die. I feel like since Im gonna mess it up no matter what, I might as well go with this method since it seems to have a low rate of long term damage when it fails.

So please, any help is greatly appreciated. All my options in life are worse then death and nothing will fix my life.

I'm not an expert on this method but I think it would be a bad idea to take SN without the other stuff, anti emetics etc as you would very likely throw it up so it just wouldn't work, there are very good reasons for the regime being the way it is.
Don't you have the search symbol at the top right of the page? There's so much info on this site on SN, even recently there's been full documentation on it. Sorry you are feeling this way, don't do anything without thinking it through and doing proper research is my advice. Xx

Hey, I'm no expert but have too been reading up how to go with SN.

First up, you need pure SN - 99% pure if possible. Not the pink curing salts you can easily buy online or at the supermarket that contain mostly table salt and 0.06% SN.

Secondly it has been advised that you need to take some kind of anti-sickness (antiemetics) drug that acts as a dopamine blocker to prevent vomiting after taking the SN. These have been listed elsewhere in the SN megathread I think. These are likely to require a prescription depending on your location.

Also, some form of drug to lessen the acidity of your stomach before you take the SN has also been advised, but this could be something like sodium bicarbonate I think.

Forgive me for being a bit of a noob, but I'm researching this too. I'm sure someone more helpful will point you in the right direction.

The antiemetics are probably the most important one because there's a large chance your body will try and purge the poison from your body.

I've read that people even on a regimen have thrown up while taking it.

Ok so, for the SN it says on the walmart website that they sell 99% SN.

I looked up the sodium bicarbonate and it says thats just baking soda, which I happened to pick up yesterday coincidentally. Only thing I could think of before that was Tums but I havent heard a single person mention it so? I also have no clue how much I would need though, Im either gonna take to much baking soda or to little probably. Its not something your meant to take on its own, so theres no dosing amounts.

The antiemetics I cant get though. Idk what they are, Idk what drugs are antiemetics, Idk which ones would actually work, I know literally nothing about what Im supposed to take. People only use big fancy words and Idk which OTC meds contain any of these drugs, and Idk if Id be able to go to the doctor for a prescription either. Ive heard some brand names on here but Ive never heard of them before. This one is the most anxiety inducing one.

Ive also seen a schedule your supposed to take all this stuff at, but I dont know how important that it either cause I sleep at weird times and dont have a schedule so it would make it nearly impossible to stick to an exact schedule, and needing to wait 2 days for the process to work makes it harder to do since theres higher chance that someone will interrupt me.
