Planning SN exit for tonight 💜

Hi SS family, I'm planning to CTB tonight when I get home from work. I'm scared but I know it's time, it's been a long time coming.

Does anyone mind keeping me company on the phone or via an app whilst I take it? I'm scared and could do with a friendly voice while I try and make my exit as quickly and pain free as possible.

I get home from work any 10:30pm UK time, gonna spend 20 minutes quickly cleaning my flat because I don't want my body to be found in a dump , and I'm planning to spend like 15 minutes saying goodbye to both just cats and leaving them out enough food and water for the next few days.

Then I'm gonna schedule an email to the RSPCA or Battersea dogs home to arrive 24 hours after I've taken my SN so I'll defo be dead by then, and my fur babies can be rehoused.

Hola familia SS, estoy planeando CTB esta noche cuando llegue a casa del trabajo. Tengo miedo, pero sé que es hora, ha tardado mucho en llegar.

¿A alguien le importaría hacerme compañía por teléfono oa través de una aplicación mientras lo tomo? Estoy asustado y me vendría bien una voz amistosa mientras trato de salir lo más rápido y sin dolor posible.

Llego a casa del trabajo a las 10:30 p. m., hora del Reino Unido, pasaré 20 minutos limpiando rápidamente mi piso porque no quiero que encuentren mi cuerpo en un vertedero, y planeo pasar unos 15 minutos despidiéndome de ambos. gatos y dejarles suficiente comida y agua para los próximos días.

Luego voy a programar un correo electrónico a la RSPCA o al hogar de perros de Battersea para que llegue 24 horas después de haber tomado mi SN, así que definitivamente estaré muerto para entonces, y mis bebés peludos podrán ser realojados.

I hope you find peace.. you are very brave.

As a fellow cat person, Just concerned about your kitties. Have you considered that the emails might not get picked up for days/weeks? It's so hard having pets in this situation.. but it makes me very sad and worried that the cats might be left a long time in the flat alone and run out of food. they will also be confused by you not waking up.

Apologies for voicing my concerns here. It sounds like you've made plans as best you can x

Hey guys, I didn't follow through with it in the end, ended up falling asleep with my glass next to my bed :( survival instinct is a bitch.. I've literally called in sick to work all week, gonna try and give it another go tonight as I've practiced fasting and stat dose . Wish me luck again plz
