Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Planning on slitting my wrists

So I'm planning on CTB but I don't really have the best access to resources that would give me a quick exit. I'm currently a uni student, so unemployed with no income. I don't own a gun. Thought slitting my wrists would be the best (though it still sucks) option for me. Any tips? Stories? Would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I hope you find the freedom you search for, I understand ways to cease existing being inaccessible, it feels so cruel to me how there isn't the option to just simply die in peace and never suffer again.

Slitting your wrist is not on the top of the list for successful suicides. You have to cut very deep, and the pain is excruciating. If you fail on that attempt, you may have a permanent bracelet (scar) on your wrist.
It's not as easy as movies make it out to be.

hey, so i did that lol. and i failed obviously. i tried it with a razor blade and were only able to cut my right arm open because i became really shaky and weren´t able to hold the blade with my other hand and cut straight. it is really difficult to get deep enough. i hit the main artery but after a while the blood gets thicker and won´t flow out anymore so you have to cut again and again and again. to even get this deep i hade to make multiple cuts in the same wound and it can be mentally really hard to get this far. but as i was then laying there and cutting again and again to get to blood flowing, my si became too strong and i had really strong physical symptoms. i was shaking, exteremly thirsty, sweated like crazy and was so full of fear. i was in a closed unit at the time so i was able to ask my roommate to call the nurses because i did something stupid. i think it´s really hard to ctb from this method. it´s not even the pain, but it just makes you physicallly sick to see your arm open. then the clotting and all of that... i would really advise you not to try this.

The success rate with this method is really low, it's a hard one. I'd guess the main reason it gets attempted so frequently (and fails) is that authors and scriptwriters find it an easy way to write characters off. So folk get an erroneous impression.

I tried that a long time ago and couldn't even come close to getting it to work. I'd rather go with one of the methods discussed on this site. My ideal, though, is to just get sick and quickly die. Then it would seem like fate :).
Just want to echo what others have said as someone who survived cutting deep enough to see bone and somehow (thanks to ER team) fortunately only have lasting twinges/ discomfort from time to time with fill functionality after recovery - not a highly successful or reliable method and more likely to further traumatize and possibly permanently damage oneself.
