Help Planning on jumping need help.

I'm planning my ctb method I can't handle this misery any more no one should have to live like this.Im planning to jump off the manhattan bridge.i want to cling the tower part and jump off the top.I don't know if i should jump onto the pathway or into the water.this is gonna be hard for me because I struggle with agoraphobia its hard for me to just get out that door.But im so miserable im constantly having a mental breakdown im all alone suffering.theres so happiness in my life.i have to do this.people have treated me like garbage my whole life Ive developed a fear of them.being at home all day everyday isn't living this is hell.

What do you guys think?Is this deadly?will I lose consciousness?Please reply I'd like to know your opinion.

You should talk to disabledfromjump7. She survived a fall and had complications.

i found it hard to understand your post but generally the agreed upon distances for definite lethality are 150ft if youre landing on land and 250 if youre landing on water

should be noted that youll probably still die instantly if you land on land, especially if its a hard surface, but with water youll likely drown instead (a much more painful way to go out that one would hope to avoid)
