places to self harm that no one will notice

I was just wanting to ask a question, I get checked if I self harmed on my body but does anyone have any idea where I can self harm where no one will notice??

Anywhere clothing cover I assume, but one the problem with self harm is people see.

I don't know what areas they check but I self harmed on my ankle and wear high socks so it's not visible. Also some high place on thighs that can be covered up by boxer style underwear. Kinda on my hip where the underwear fabric goes. Not sure if you're getting checked by the ppl in a ward or something and if it's like a full body inspection..
