Technology has made it so easy to spend huge amounts of time online, whether it's for work, entertainment, socializing or just browsing. Yet there are still many important aspects of life that can only happen in the physical world - shopping, cooking, exercising, spending quality time with family & friends, getting out in nature, work etc.
In my own life, I estimate my time is close to 80/20 split in favor of the digital world.
