Your thoughts on this combination of drugs ?
- (4-6 x 250 mg) Phenibut (a normal strong dose)
- (50 x 75 mg) Pregabalin
- (20 x 1 mg) Lorazepam
- (30 x 6 mg) Bromazepam
- (>20 x 10 mg) Prazepam
- Alcohol (uncertain)
From a pharmacology, qualitative point of view it looks like a powerful polyintox, as it associates different and converging mecanisms, the phenibut increases the amount of GABA, the pregabalin acts a presynaptic inhibitor of calcium channels limiting its activation, whilst the benzos (and alcohol) act by increasing the effects of GABA on chloride channels
Phenibut is used to potentialize the effects of the sedative ones, and although it doesn't cause sedation or drowziness it has already caused come when combined with alcohol
Perhaps pregabalin too only does potentialize the other ones as it rarely cause coma with overdose contrary to sedative drugs.
but It seems it lacks a single more potent sedative which I think would make death near certain
I think I can at least also easily get alprazolam,
It would already make things more interesting by adding (20 x1mg) alprazolam and reducing pregabalin to about 15 capsules only, for I thought such a large quantity of pregabalin would only make vomiting more probable without sufficient sedative effect, but perhaps I am wrong ?
any ideas about how I can get a more powerful drug btw ? wether via a prescription from a doctor or anything else ... I can't contact any A, B, C (...) source
If what is said in Final Exit is true and the only risk is that it fails, I can always try (although the drugs discussed in the book do not include phenibut nor pregabalin, only sleeping pills and narcotics)
