I ve read on the net that in sri lanka people ofter CTB using this flower' s seed, i wonder to know if it is fast, painful, and if i can use seeds bought on amazon to do this.

I think it's called suicide tree. It's very unreliable and I read success rate is under 10%. And I think it immediately makes you throw up.
