Paying N from A: Wester Union or Bitcoins?

N is not my method, because getting the delivery seems to me too uncertain. But I want to learn about it, because it's the gold standard. Those of you who received N from A, did you pay using Wester Union or Bitcoins?

Anywhere online asking to pay via western union or bitcoin is a SCAM plain and simple. I attempted this few months back when I said F it let's give it a try. That was the last of the $ I had, what has made me want to CTB even more. N is illegal to ship to virtually every country in the world, as governments know why we want to use it for. Do not be taken of your hard earned money!

Okay. So how does ones pay? I'm not worried about my own legal niceties but about burning the supplier for others.
