Paying for a funeral or cremation

Student here. I'm planning to ctb when I get the supplies needed. Anyone have any idea what will happen to my money after I die? It's all just student finance so I wanted to give it to my parents to pay for my funeral or cremation. Idk if the money will go back to the government though even if I did transfer it all to them. Any thoughts?

Student finances as in a student loan or scholarship? I imagine- if a person quits a course, the money would be taken back.
