every time i dip in the hot tub for about 5-10 minutes and then i exit the tub and stand up i immediately feel as im about to pass out, it comes on very strong and if i dont shake my head rapidly i am 90% sure i would have passed out.

since the hot tub is in a public pool i dont want to pass out in front of people so i never did, but im sure if i dont actively try to stay conscious by shaking my head then passing out would be as easy as just letting the blackness/stars overcome me and then just letting go

i can probably replicate this in a hot bath at home. it seems theres ctb potential with this since i can cause myself to go unconscious painlessly, im trying to think of some way i can use this to help with ctb or to use it in conjunction with another method. does anyone have any ideas

I feel as though you might injure yourself without actually CTB as if you are relying on falling when unconscious you don't have much control over how you fall or what you hit. A bath is relatively small so keep this in mind.

The light headedness is caused by a drop in blood pressure.

I agree with starrywaters. You will possibly fall over and bump your head really hard. Probably won't die,but may be brain damaged if it's severe enough.

Starry answered why you get light headed. Just remember you'll pass out. But it'll stabilize. Be careful. You may pass out for only a minute or half an hour, who knows? But hurting your head is very likely.

When I was going to the gym I used to use the pool and the jacuzzi I would sit in it for about an hour and every time I lifted myself out of it I had to hold on to the metal bars because I was so dizzy. I always wondered what caused it now I realize it must have been the drop in blood pressure as starrywaters said.
