I don't think I could let anyone help me with such a thing. The paranoia of being the cause of them getting sent to jail for assisted suicide would make me not do it. But if by some chance I knew they wouldn't get caught or get in trouble then sure.

I also wouldn't feel right putting the guilt of my death on someone's else. I'd probably pick someone with no connection to me who wouldn't care. If I had a friend help odds are they'd feel awful about it. So I guess it depends

Honestly, it is good a partner is a unknown person for me. I need partner for the feeling, it is bad if i will not go into the end. It is my fuse for the sure success. And i hope, he/she wants the same. I know, it is selfish, but if he/she agrees, it can be OK i think.

I wouldn't be comfortable because this leads me to open to a lot of risks, being incarcerated, being saved, and of course, liability for the person assisting me in my suicide. Even if assisted suicide becomes decriminalized (which I don't see anytime soon), I still can't risk jeopardizing my attempt because someone decided to play hero.If it was a female, I would consider. But it would have too be a fool proof method.

No, I would never ask my partner to assist in my suicide. He would never get over the guilt over the pain of losing me. It's my thing and no matter how hard it is, I will get it done. Even if he wasn't involved, I am sure this will devastate him and I can only hope he understands my decision.It really hurts when your pact partner bails on you, without even telling you on top of it. Fml. :/

I absolutely would protect my partner from the law.
1. by communucating before, honestly about your feedlings and beliefs with damiky, allowing them to rihhtly say they acted responsibly. Just hope they don't sendvyoubtoban asshole shrink that likes commiting on any grounds. So few bed places jn the UK its easy to talk yourself out if admission.
2 only admit vague long term plans
3. Ensure everyone has real, and concrete alibies
4. Etc
But I know she'd do anything for me , and that makes me worry

Sorry, you seem really really down.....no shame if you want to back out... don't beat yourself over it... hanging is very very hard...I think about this idea but the worry there is the risk that a person will survive and for him it is court and company see prisonSimilar threads
