I'm looking for videos of people doing partial hanging but can't find any. Do they exist? Is it because this method doesn't actually work and the only way is full?

Try bestgore.com
Or ync.com
Type bestgore Syrian girl
I've seen that before. That's not how I want to go. That looks incredibly painful and scary.
I'm looking for more like the first part of this video:
This video is NOT bull shit, because I have passed out practicing with my suicidal friend I had two months ago, and I have experienced the siphon effect when I backed out after getting very numb and intensely dizzy.
I would be interested in hearing how you did it and what you used (rope size, location, etc). Do you have to stand back up for it to work?
I used a roughly finger-width-sized Nylon rope attached to my Bowflex bar (by a clove hitch knot), and used a slip knot around my neck. I pushed forward with TONS OF FORCE instantaneously. You cannot slowly ease into the rope; you have to push very VERY FAST. I was standing up just like the girl in the video. When I was pushing, my body turned numb within five seconds and I got a "dizziness effect" that I felt on my whole body, including my head. I kept in the dizziness effect for 25 seconds, and when I instantly backed out from the rope and stood up, my suicidal friend who I was practicing with was grabbing me in his arms and told me I went unconscious. I didn't even remember going unconscious. It didn't even feel like I went out like a light, but apparently I did.
That's awesome to hear that it actually works like shown on the video. Where was the rope located on your neck?
Of course it works. Putting a rope around your neck is very serious shit. The rope was located BELOW my Adam's Apple, a couple inches below.
Don't get offended. I've seen many posts on this forum saying partial doesn't work so all I was saying I was surprised when you said it worked.
I'm not offended at all??? Lol. Sorry if it seemed like I inferred aggressiveness; it's just the way I talk. It's hard to convey tone of voice in written language. Partial does work and is extremely dangerous; people saying it doesn't work either are doing it incorrectly and without enough practice, or just back out from the point of dizziness.
I can see how to survival instinct can be overpowering during partial. Hopefully I will be able to overcome it when the time comes.

It doesn't look like a rope. I think she used a ratchet strap with some padding. I'm thinking about trying this method since the night-night method isn't working so well. What type of rope did she use?
I know this user is not here anymore (crossed out user name) For me it wouldn't be the thought that I would die, it would be because I would be scared it would fail and I would survive. It definitely is the survival instinct. There is a good amount of pain with the rope, but it's not the physical pain that makes you back out. It's the thought you're going to die.
bestgore.funRIP BestGore, you never know what you had until you lose it. Amazing, legendary website. I would never imagine that there wasn't a good substitute, for some reason I thought gore sites were common. They really aren't.
I'm trying now to find hanging videos and it isn't easy.
Bestgore.fun is alright. Serves it's purpose in a basic way, but without commentary from the uploader or hundreds or dozens of comments discussing each upload. There are several others. Bestgore.fun Livegore.com Leakedreality.com Shockgore.com and so many others
