Help partial hanging question

sorry if this is a dumb question but i am really really bad with knots & tying things, i get that the slipknot should be used for the end thats for hanging but what kind of knot(s) to use on the anchor point ? im unsure what would be secure. if its a simple-ish knot thatd be much appreciated

Overhand loop knot (for the anchor point) - very easy
(You can make a stopper knot at the free end to make it even more secure)



Arbor knot (for the ligature, neck)



This one is recommended because it tightens itself when you apply your weight.
