I'm paranoid about failure due to possible vomiting and then going into a coma and having to get a limb amputated due to sleeping on it funny and cutting off the blood circulation. Is there a way to arrange pillows or a certain way to lay down to avoid that?

I saw one failed attempt from a guy but that was because he had impure powder from J.

How likely is it to be physically damaged from a failed attempt at N?

So unlikely it's not even worth thinking about. I understand it, I can obsess and worry like that too, but it's not a rational fear and the best thing we can do is plan carefully and try to refocus when those sorts of worries infect the mind. It may sound silly but I find talking to myself and saying things like "ok that's stupid and never going to happen" helps to try and counter catastrophic thinking.

N failures come nearly entirely from early discovery. A few from bad N. Control what you can to the best of your ability and thats all anyone can expect.
True, I'm just worried about vomiting really. I know that these fears aren't quite reasonable, but I am a very worried, anxious and paranoid person in general. I live with this level of anxiety all the time about almost everything which is a big reason I want to CTB.

So being physically damaged from a failed N attempt isn't worth worrying about?

Vomiting can be circumvented entirely by rectal administration...and minimized effectively with antiemetics if you go the oral route. It's a bit overblown as a problem anyway. I'd say physical damage from an N failure would be so far down on the list of "shit that can go wrong" I'd not even pay it any attention.
I feel like butt chugging the N would be riskier in terms of actually pulling it off and not having it all leak out or whatever

Exit International has stated that, barring early discovery and medical intervention, one bottle of N has always resulted in death.

If you don't weigh much (approx 60kg) and are seriously concerned about the risk of vomiting, maybe it's best to go with one bottle and antiemetics.

I've always wondered if two bottles is overkill and unnecessary risk for lighter members

I weigh 220 lbs, I was thinking about 3 bottles. Is that overkill or no?

This is the protocol that counselors of De Einder advise
https://www.deeinder.nl/contact/contact/english/

They are a well-known and respected pro-choice organisation in the Netherlands with 25 years of experience. Unlike Dignitas, they're not involved in the actual euthanasia process but they do actively and legally cousel people that want to end their lives in a dignified and peaceful way.

Someone I knew personally chose this protocol and from what I've heard, all went fine. I'll use the same method when I decide my time has come.

Is this with the more concentrated 50ml version though? Or are those people using 200ml from A as well?

No. Not the concentrated 50ml bottles.
The 200ml bottles from the source you mention in your post.
