Simplifying - if you weigh about 70kg you'll need 140g of pure Paracetamol to have 50% chance of dying. Typical Paracetamol pill in my region contains 0,5g of Paracetamol which gives 280 pills for 50% chance.
And you have strong chance of fucking up your liver while still surviving
