I have no other options left now
I don't have the place or privacy to hang
Cant be bold enough to jump
I don't have other means
Paracetamol is the only thing.
Can someone please help me out with the details and how much to take so that it definitely kills me. Please

Please, don't do this. If you don't have the privacy to hang, you definitely don't have the privacy to die a long, agonizing death from acute liver failure. You'll just damage the shit out of your body and end up in an even deeper misery. I know how it feels to want to go *right now*, but I wouldn't murder my worst enemy in this way ='(

I agree with the above post. Paracetamol is not a good option. IMO it is not an option at all.

Please don't do this. It can take up to a week to die and you'll be in agony for most of that time.

Don't attempt this. Expect to be in pain and throwing up everything. You may get liver damage in the process.

This is a hard question to answer because we cannot suggest methods to you, as far as I know. It's against the rules. And kind of unethical, IMO. So I have nothing for you there. There is a resources section for educational purposes only.

I'm very sorry, but nobody can make that decision for you =( Just like nobody but you can decide to NOT go with the acetaminophen (paracetamal). I've got my fingers crossed when I say that. If you do that, you're just going to be adding extreme physical agony to what you're already feeling emotionally, and the chances of death are slim while the chance of permanent damage is high. I suggest this, though...if you're really committed to killing yourself, responsibly research methods to do this. Pick the one you believe to be your best option. Don't ask random strangers on the internet to make that decision for you. If this ends up being the last decision you ever make, it should be yours 100%.

All that said, I wish you love and peace and I hope you find an ideal way to end your suffering, whether that's through getting help or ctb. Please know that I understand you're in pain and my heart goes out to you. I'm not trying to talk you out of anything except prolonging/increasing your own misery.

Hello!

I just recovered from a paracetamol OD last weekend. Its not a guaranteed way to die (I took 95 tablets of paracetamol 650mg + 100 tablets of cetrizine 10mg). I was found and taken to a hospital 3 hours after I ingested the pills, spent 2 days in the ICU and am back now without any apparent long term damage to my body. However, even if you aren't taken to the hospital on time, there is a very likely chance that you will survive, with a lot of damage to your body, which will make your existence even more agonizing than it was before.

I have been out of the hospital for 2 days now, and my life is still no better. All the reasons that drove me to try to kill myself still exist. I am now trying to figure out quicker, more painless means of going. Sodium Nitrite look promising. Quick, painless, will go in peace. Will be trying that soon. I understand your pain, and it is absolutely your right to end your life whenever you want to. Just make sure you don't spend the last few hours or even days (paracetamol poisoning can take days to kill you through liver failure, kidney failure, multiple organ failure, etc.) in agony. Every soul deserves to depart in peace, paracetamol OD will ensure the exact opposite of that.

Hope your suffering ends soon.

Thank you so much for sharing your personal experience with this. Especially for people considering this method, hearing something like this firsthand makes a huge difference. I'd be willing to bet a lot of us have had this idea, because most people know tylenol *can* kill you. And it can. But its probably one of the most horrible ways to ctb out there, with a high chance of failure and severe consequences for that failure. I especially worry about this one because I personally used to have the thought when I first started thinking about suicide as a way out, when I was only 14 or 15...even believing as I do now that we all have a right to die when and how we choose, I don't think anyone should kill themselves that young. Your brain isn't even fully developed, and you haven't exhausted all options of making things better at this point.
