hi i need help planning my suicidea
a while back there was a girl that made a thread saying goodbye and i got interested in the method she used
i dont remember the name but she added some sort of substance to water and drinked it
from her posts it seemed like it was pretty painless so i want to do this to
i just need help identifying what the method was and how to do it

there is an SN mega thread on this website which can help you out, just search SN and you should come across it.

as for buying it, all ill say is it’s getting more and more difficult to find sellers. it took me ages to find someone, and i’m still waiting for my package to arrive now

Although SN isn't my method, the PPH podcast has done a couple of episodes on "lethal salts" (including SN) that gives good background info. It's episodes 4 & 5, but they also mention it from time to time in other episodes....

to find it depends on where you live, in some places it is easily available because the sale is not prohibited. one of these places is certainly not the united kingdom.
