I'm in so much physical and mental anguish I just want to die. I've been wanting to die for a long time but now it just feels inevitable. I don't want to be in pain forever and I don't care for living like this

It's certainly understandable just wishing to be from all the suffering, it's cruel how people have to suffer so much in this existence. But anyway best wishes.
