Venting pain is making it hard to draw

I wont get into it but this currently undiagnosed cause of pain in my elbows is now making it so I cant even draw. drawing is so important to me, its been my "thing" since I was a toddler. its my favorite way to express myself but now I'm unable to sit down and even use my hand for more than 5 minutes. I don't know what to do, its so defeating. I haven't been drawing much in this past year because I don't have much motivation to, but the idea of stopping completely scares me. I'm losing a piece of myself. it doesn't sound like a big deal but I feel like such a big fucking baby not being able to do simple things without pain. if I cant even draw anymore, I don't really want to be around. I feel like I've lost the ability to walk.

So sorry OP. Everyone should be able to indulge in their favourite activity, it's very unfortunate that pain is preventing you from doing so

My biggest gripe with old age is I am sure that the things I like will also fall to the wayside bit by bit.

If you don't get the pain in both hands, I'd recommend letting it rest for a few days.
And learn to use your non-dominant hand in PC related stuff for a while.
I got pain in my right hand like 2 times in the last year, not sure what's caused it tho i suspect pc use, but it goes away after letting it rest for a while.
Now, IDK what causes your pain, but maybe it's worth getting it checked out by a doc if you can afford it.

ive seen a rheumatologist i was referred to after dislocating my knee but ive only been given the "i dont know if this is something i can treat but lets run tests" song and dance. her current diagnosis is: im hypermobile. does hypermobility cause nerve compression? who knows

im so sorry. it must feel like paralysis when you cant indulge in your favorite hobbies. im wishing you a "good day" where your joints are super lubricated and pain free
