Useless piece of trash

Hi. I'm trying partial suspension hanging with 10 mm nylon rope. I'm around 140 lbs 6 ft. So basically fairly thin. My neck is scrawny. I can easy squeeze my carotid arteries with my fingers and almost pass out. But with the rope it hurts quite a bit. I lean into it somewhat with my hoodie around my neck. But it just hurts bad. I will deal with it. But it makes me feel weak that barely putting any weight onto my neck hurts so bad. Imagine if I did full. I just feel so weak.

Does anyone else feel pain like this with partial? I'm using the standing method.

Thanks for any replies. I just want to know if anyone else has this same problem.

It's like the more you want out the harder it is to escape.

I know nothing about hanging methods, but just thought mention about the rope. I notice you are trying nylon rope, think this could be reason feeling more pain as nylon tends to cut into you more than other fibres might. Obviously this mighn't be the only cause of all the pain as guess the method in itself is v painful, as say not a method I have studied, but do know nylon can be severe. Take care xx
