Hejo, even though where I live it is currently summer, I'd rather get a head start on learning more about the method which I intend to undertake.
I'm going to give myself hypothermia in some woodland near my town, and it is a small town so I could get distant from everything within an hour or so of walking. What I think I will do exactly is take an upper-dose limit of unisom, and then pour cold water on myself and wait it out. I will do it when the lower temperatures are hovering just above freezing or around 33°F-35°F (1°C-2°C) so I can hopefully avoid frostbite if it doesn't work out all that well.
What do you all think? Is it decent/even possible? Or do you all think I need to make some changes? Thanks for all answers!
