not all, some are very good at killing although the drugs that can kill via an overdose are rare

Nah, I remember doing this one time when I was visiting the USA and just having extreme abdominal pain for some amount of time. Wont get you anywhere you want to be.

Sounds like a good way to end up with some type of medical complications that even make your life worse. Even if not permanent you could end up with astronomical medical bills that would only leave you in a worse state
