Help Overdose via vitamins and supplements

Anyone who tried overdosing themselves thru vitamins and mineral supplements? what happened :-( i plan on doing the same since theres not much other methods to try in my home

You shouldn't overdose. It's very unreliable and if you do end up ctbing, it would probably be very painful and slow.
