I can't stand one more day of disabling back pain, tinnitus, and insomnia, plus the fact that my only 'friend' doesn't seem to give a shit.

I tried taking 4x my Ambien dose last night, and slept (or actually didn't) as if I'd taken my normal large dose. I'm in too much pain, there's is no peace with tinnitus that's taken over my brain, and am unable to even drive to a doctor. My friend is clearly sick of me, even though I didn't bring any of this on myself.

Another 20 minutes till the meto kicks in. For some reason, the scariest part of this is opening the bottles, and after drinking them, laying here for 5 minutes waiting to fall asleep with that horrid taste lingering. Of course, I'm a little nervous about vomiting.

I'll be chasing it with a strong non-dairy Irish cream. Alcohol alone can make me sick.

I know once the bottles are open, I'm fully committed. I'm going to start that process now. There's no SI anymore. I may post one more time, but there are other things that I have to double check to make sure I haven't forgotten anything.

I took the recommended 30mg of meto 40 minutes ago, they recommended time and dosage.

I'll be signing out of here before I drink the N. I've already cut my finger opening the second bottle, I think from the scissors. My eyesight is bad, and I'm shaking.
