otc medicine for suicide

i want to commit suicide sometime in the near future but i live with people who watch my every move, so i have no access to anything prescription or illegal. i don't have access to anything that will help me end my life (by hanging, gun, etc) and i don't want a method that will be gruesome and mess up my body. so i have been looking into overdose but i'm looking for otc medicines that can be picked up at a grocery store or pharmacy. what combination of meds would i need to successfully pull this off?

There aren't any meds you can reliably CTB with OTC, as far as I'm aware, not unless you take a MASSIVE amount, prolly more than is humanly possible... That's why they're OTC.
There are ways of separating stuff out, like getting codeine out from cocodamol but it's all ballache and still not all that reliable.
Best to do some research, approach your doc for some specific meds. You need one not to be sick, for starters x

If you have been looking into it, you would have found that it will in most cases cause damage and not death. Very difficult to OD on otc meds .
If you're being watched closely there's not much you can do? If you are alone for an hour you could try strangulation. Go to the resource page (attached below) and go to downloads and find Five Last Acts. It describes how, someone mentioned stockings and a spoon? Ratchet method?

thanks so much. i am not watched that closely but i'm not able to get anything really. i can say i am going for a "bike ride" and then ride my bike wherever i want but if my family checks the tracker on my phone they can see where i am or where i have been and i can't order anything to my house. i have been considering sneaking out after everyone is asleep to jump off a building that is a couple blocks from my house but that seems like a pretty gruesome death and i don't like the idea of my guts spread out all over the pavement, plus it is a well known hotel and i don't want to be an asshole. i've read about the night night method so maybe i'll look into that. thanks for the help

As others have said, it is almost impossible to fatally overdose on OTC medication.

How old are you? Obviously you would want to 'accidentally' leave your phone behind when you go out to attempt or obtain any supplies.

i'm 18 but still live with my parents bc i haven't moved out yet so am still under their rules and they are very strict esp knowing i am suicidal. technically i am an adult but i have no choice but to obey them. and yes i have a license but no car so.

I'm in a very similar situation. I'm 18 and also still live at home. I've been trying to build up trust with my parents by going on longer and longer bike rides every day, without doing anything, so eventually they trust me to be gone for a long time. It depends on how urgent you are...
