Organ Donation after CN Method

Does anybody more knowledgeable than me know if it is possible to have organ donations accepted from somebody who CTB using the SN method?

I would assume that any and all organs would be marked as contaminated and not eligible for donation, but figured there might be some exceptions that wouldn't be affected by blood (skin and eyes come to mind)

Almost certainly not.
Just as you wrote it, having SN in your system would make your organs unsalvageable. Any kind of contamination is enough to put your body off of the list of donors.
Dying clear headed in an accident or of some kind of not basic diseases in the hospital is probably the only ways to make sure your leftovers will be used afterwards.
