Ordered SN. distilled water and have ativan and haldol for antiemetic

I ordered SN (30G) off e*** and also bought some distilled water from amazon. I got benzos (Ativan) and haldol for antiemetic.

Will i be able to CTB?

With only 30g, you don't have enough to prepare a second glass in case you throw up.
I would prepare the main glass with 20g, and prepare a second one with 10g, as a backup.
If you weight less than 75kg, probably 20g is enough.
