I'm curious what the consensus is on writing goodbye notes/ emails.
Do you think it's a good idea to leave your final words for others? Does it bring closure? Or just more pain and questions?
If you're of the CTB mindframe, Are you leaving a note behind? Why or why not? I'd love to hear your thoughts, reasonings and opinions.

I think that whether it is a good idea to leave a note depends on the individual. I would plan to write a note to give those left behind some closure and it will mean that they are not left with unanswered questions. I would keep it simple and would say things like there is nothing you could have done, and now I am at peace, free from all suffering. I wish you the best.
