Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Thinking of doing it either this month or the beginning of November.

I was able to get antacids, domperidone for antiemetics and paracetamol for painkiller. Tried my best but couldn't get beta blockers and sedatives so I'm taking my chances without them.

I'm not sure I can do the full 48 hour regime. Might chicken out. So I'm cutting it down. Do you guys think this is viable?

Day 1:

19:00 - Dinner

21:00 - 10mg Domperidone

Day 2:

(fasting)

08:00 - 10mg Domperidone

16:00 - 10mg Domperidone

21:00 - 1000mg paracetamol

21:30 - 3x10mg Domperidone

22:00 - Antacid (Gelusil)

22:30 - SN drink (25mg in 50ml, 3 glasses in case I puke despite the antiemetics)

Any reason you are fasting for over 24 hours?

I just wanted to maximize the chances of the SN being absorbed quickly. Planning on countering any acidity with the Gelusil a half hour before the drink

From what I read, antacid is no longer needed, especially with meto or equivalent like domperidone. Are you including this because of your own personal experience with digestive issues? Curious because I was not planning on taking any.

I'm just trying to following Stan's guide as much as I can. I don't have any major digestive issues

I saw a post that it's no longer in the PPeH, 2025. If I understand correctly, it won't help with the effectiveness of SN absorption. I would also like to stick to the guide, but with this info thought not to complicate things for myself. More recent discussions:

Interesting. I didn't see this update. I guess I'll skip the antacid then. Thank you so much for sharing.

You're welcome. I think it's best to do what you feel most comfortable with for you. I have ondansetron (no meto) and saw a thread of a successful ctb with no antacid, similar to my protocol. Only SN is really needed, and meto best as aid not to vomit. However, some posts are also for antacid:
