Can I use some medicines to control my temptation and lessen my agony while going for full suspension hanging. As alcohol is not available at my place....?

That depends on what medication is available to you? Benzos would work in a similar fashion (as all GABAergic drugs would). Nitrous oxide, ether, opium, etc ... Many drugs "lessen agony".

Just be aware that lessening agony might decrease your temptation to ctb.

I have available with me the following drugs:
Clonazepam. 10 mg
Ativan (lorizepam) 07 mg
Mirtazapine. 10 tabs, 15 mg each
Does these work if taken together?....if yes...when to take these?
