Ondansetron for Amitriptyline Cocktail?

I have a unopened bottle of Ondansetron: may I use it as a substitute for Metoclopramide ?( of the amitriptyline I have). By the by, I am otherwise somatically healthy.

Anti-emetic drugs suggested in wiki for ami cocktail are prochlorperazine, metoclopramide and domperidone.
