Don't know why but I find listening to this guy strangely reassuring! as a young guy he was electrocuted during a lark, as a consequence he nearly died & also lost 3 limbs-however this inspired him to go into medicine & led him to his path as a physician & author-a specialist in paliative care. He has writtten a book called "A beginners guide to the end: Practical Advise for Living Life & Facing Death"...whilst the patients he would have encountered were either terminally ill or v.old... I nonetheless find his approach/words in coming to term with dying quite comforting...
