Where I live, it is rare to find news of suicide by partial suspension or to see one in media. Suicide by hanging always means by full suspension. If I google search suicide by partial suspension it is hard to find information on how to accomplish it, yet according to the Wikipedia article on "Suicide by hanging," it is said that "most hanging suicides are done by partial suspension."
Where do people find information how to accomplish this? Is this common knowledge in the United States?

Use different search engines like duckduckgo. That's how I found this site iirc. Anyways for me it doesn't matter how people came to find out about the effectiveness of partial hanging, what matters is I know about it now and I know the how.
