OMG! Methods

I had no idea how many methods there are to committing suicide! But sometimes I don't always understand what the full impact of what suicide actually means because I think when your in that head space of planning on suicide it is hard to see anything other than the method you have chosen & actually committing suicide but more importantly not feeling like you can turn to someone

Life is a fragile thing just ask any A&E (ER) doctor who daily signs death certificate for some bizarre and mundane causes, on the other hand, many people here have been unsuccessfully trying to die.

I make the analogy with pregnancy, there are many unwanted pregnancies and as many or more people trying to conceive.

That is the puzzle of life.

I don't always understand what the full impact of what suicide actually means

Well, if you go through it, then you will be dead and it will not affect you. People who love you will be devasted, but that is "guilt-trip" - don't worry about it. Life goes on

Yeah, that is the tricky bit because you might try and once again be disappointed, try again and again be failed by the people you tried to reach. More and more life becomes just pain and the pain seems higher every day.

I can't give you an answer to that, I know some people eventually found someone that helped them others didn't. You have some good people in this forum that know what you are feeling and can talk to you, don't raise your expectations high, just say what you want to say and listen to them. If what you hear doesn't help you, tell them so they will understand their wrongs. You are free to say F*off and listen to someone else. You can say that to me. I am OK with that

I think like an alcoholic and every day I say "not today". You know all the ways and means how to do it, you can do it anytime just "not today".

I hope one day you can come out of it and help us found our own way

I am really amazed at what you have said & ALOT of it makes sense but more importantly I totally understand where you are coming from, I just really struggle with saying what I really want because I am always worrying about everything & everyone else i.e as long as not you specifically but your alright you've got what you need & your happy then that's all that matters

Thank you because of the life & upbringing I had I've always been considered for other people & their feelings but things are becoming more & more 2 bare & I feel like I'm becoming obsessed with suicide rite now
